Training

Dolmen Athletic Club train three days each week. We cover group training from walk to jog groups upwards and our experienced and Athletic Ireland approved endurance coaches provide training programmes for all endurance running levels right up to marathon distance.

We have a mixture of sessions from short to long steady runs, threshold runs and paced or speed interval training.

Our training days are Tuesday evening at 6.30pm, Thursday evening at 6.30pm and Saturday morning at 9am at Carlow Rugby Club, Carlow Town.
